We pulled the garlic scapes off of our plants.
We picked a good amount. They have a mild garlic flavor, and a creamy flavor in a weird way.
Somewhere a long time ago, I read of garlic scape pizza. I couldn't find a recipe, so I just went for it. Spinach, mushrooms, scapes, and a jalepeno.
Probably the best pizza I have ever had. Yumm!

I did get a bit weirded out by the last picture, thinking you had piled a salad into the middle of the whole pizza, then realized it was just a couple of slices with a salad in the middle!
